step 277: know who your “team” is. i love my team, i would die for them… every time i listen to Drake and his faux-relatable lyrics (when will i ever be able to relate to i guess it’s just me myself and all my millions?) i have always had this itching to be like “oh yeah, LOVE MY TEAM” and alhamdulillah i do have a lottttt of great/dependable friends, but what i finally realized this morning was that my actual team is God and my fam. so when i do something for this team, i KNOW i won’t be let down. and that they will always have my best interest in mind. and WHO can give me strength/courage/determination other than Allah (swt)? aint nobody else that could do that for me. so that’s why i wanna say thank you to Drake and this weekend for helping me come to that conclusion.
